When I got my watch and updated the software, the battery life was reasonable. Then I downloaded a few fancy watch faces that had things like temperature, battery life, ground speed and even compass direction. My battery life went down to less than 8 hours and so I went back to using a simple stock face The battery life still ran down fast and it was not making it through my days. Then I read a post by someone saying that the fancy watch faces can drain the battery even when not being the active watch face. I then deleted several really cool faces from my phone and watch. Success! Now my battery lasts longer than ever and I haven't tried to use it more than 24 hours because I always charge it when I sleep. I am now very happy with the battery life and I'm going to proceed cautiously on any downloads in the future.. P.S., I also swapped out my watch band for a pebble steel metal band and it looks 10 times better than the leather straps. It is worth $20, especially since the Motorola version is supposed to cost $70 or more when it comes out. It is much easier to put on and take off than the leather strap. If you were thinking of swapping out your band, do it, you won't be sorry.

This is my third smart watch (Galaxy Gear, Gear Live, Moto 360). While each has had it's pros and cons, the Moto 360 is the first smart watch that I consciously want to wear every day. The display is amazing, much clearer than it's square counterparts and the round form factor strangely makes it easier to read. The fitness tracking (pedometer and heart rate) is a great add on, but what locks it in for me is the Moto 360's design. In my opinion, it's the most attractive smart watch on the market today.

The Moto 360 is perfect! Beautiful design and great addition to your smartphone. On launch it struggled with battery life, but Motorola has since released an update that makes it almost impossible for me to kill the battery in a day. I typically have 50% battery left when I put it on the charger to go to sleep (6am - 10pm) You do have to remember that Android wear is still very much a beta software experience, but it will only get better. If you want a smart watch, don't hesitate to pick this up!

A nice elegant product. This is the initial lot of product launched. There is a crack on the back of the watch. but I am sure Motorola will replace it for me.

I don't know where to begin. This watch looks amazing inside and out. Classy/casual enough to wear at work, school, out and about while still being your personal assistant on your wrist. Worth the price. I constantly get compliments on how beautiful and unique it looks compared to other smart watches. I would recommend it to a friend. For those on the edge because of battery life. I have definitely used it for two days on a single charge. Not to mention it charges to full power in about 30 min.

Great watch. Battery life lasts over 24 hours with new update. Looks like a real watch. Turns heads. Highly recommended.

If you like gadgets, you'll like this watch. You can easily change the face of the watch. If you don't have your phone readily available, thewatch will vibrate informing of an incoming call.

As far as smart watches go, this is currently the best option on the market. Although it's not perfect, and this is only the beginning for wearable tech, it still achieves a 5/5 when compared to the competition. Additionally, the round form factor is vastly superior to the clunky square ones. I've had several people notice the watch and ask me about it. It is rather eye-catching.

So far I like the device, waiting for the update which will make it even better. only problem is that needs to be charged every night

Don't let the early reviews turn you off to an excellent product! The last two updates have really made the battery life worries a non-issue for 90% of the users out there. I wear this watch for close to 17 hours per day and when I put it on the charger, It's got between 25-40% battery left. This watch works flawlessly with my Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and my Wife's Note 4.

I was hesitant to buy a smart watch at first but the Moto 360 hasn't let me down. Knows what notifications I want when I want them with little time spent with customization.

The design and features of the 360 is top knotch. The watch surprisingly feels almost weightless on my wrist. This maybe because my previous smart watches consisted of the Qualcomm Toq, Sony Smartwatch 1 and 2 and the Pebble. The weight reminds me of the Pebble actually. The screen is drop dead gorgeous. The ambient light feature has been the center of complaint but I like it. I enjoy having the screen on all the time but in a monochrome display for quicker time/notifications checks. The strap is very soft leather. Watch feels premium to the max My only gripe is that the battery is not at least 2 days worth without ambient display on or 1 days worth with it on. Under moderate use, it lasted me 14hr which is decent but my previous watch's would last me at least 3 days under similar usage. I'm OK with a full days battery life (16-18hr) because I charge daily anyways. The next iteration would benefit from either a larger battery or a less energy consuming display with the latter being more difficult due to effects on resolution and cost depending on the change made Overall, I'm in love with the watch and its the best so far with the Qualcomm Toq being the runner up UPDATE The new update installed, almost alleviates battery concerns. I say almost because if you like the always on feature, you'll barely edge out a day's worth of battery life. With this feature off, you'll get a day's worth for sure. Now my only gripe is replying with voice for SMS is only naively available with hangouts. I understand why but my previous watch, Qualcomm Toq, allowed me to do that with whichever default SMS app I set on my phone. Small complaint because hangouts isn't my favorite SMS app

Gooid device, but battery is not for a long time. For users who like charge one more device per day, there is no problem.

Stock it is a good watch but with the apps that are available, it makes this a fantastic watch to own. The round display is great and it works perfectly even in the rain and snow.

I love that I can have a different looking watch by changing the face everytime I want. Oh yeah I use it to navigate a lot and great when riding your motorcycle.

Love my Moto360, and its stone gray leather. The latest set of updates has increased battery performance (its biggest nemesis) by as much as 40% from the original Android wear performance. The Moto Connect app has recently updated too, which allows the user to customize watch faces to their liking. This watch just keeps getting better and better, and the amount of compliments gotten make the purchase seem well worth it.

I tried out the Gear Live prior to settling on this moto 360. Love the look and craftsmanship of this watch. Features are pretty much the same as most other smart watches . what did it for me over Gear Live is the watch band that comes with it, the one the Gear I'd has was different and fell apart on me. I would have given it 5 stars if the battery life was a bit better while on ambient mode.

Let me start by saying, this is the best Android wear watch on the market right now. I have enjoyed the experience of being able to reply to texts, emails, and get quick information without taking my phone out of my pocket. The build feels premium. If you can deal with the 18 - 21 hours of battery life and the black bar at the bottom of the face. Then this is the watch for you right now.

This is such a beautiful watch that i can recommend it even without all the smart features. But it does bring the smart features with it which make this product even more awesome. The recent software update fixed the only few issues i was facing such as less battery life or random disconnecting. Highly recommended to anyone who owns an Android phone, likes to wear watches and can afford to spend $250 on it.

Definitely the nicest looking of the android smart watches. Recent update has improved battery life. As you long as you leave ambient mode turned off as recommended it easily gets me through the day despite a ridiculous amount of notifications i get for work. Still in its infancy as far as the capabilities so as a buyer know that the capabilities of android wear will grow over time
