Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Moto 360 Smartwatch 46mm Stainless Steel's long battery life, stylish design, and useful notifications. They appreciate that it is easy to use and offers a variety of watch faces to choose from. However, some customers have concerns about its durability, display quality, connectivity issues, heart rate monitor accuracy, and its size being too large for smaller wrists.

I really love this watch. The way it notifies you of messages means I can covertly read everything in a meeting without being one of those guys who keeps pulling his phone out. My only complaint is the styling. It would have nicer to have a more traditional attachment of the band to the main body of the watch. But heck, if that's my only complaint....then it must be good. It is also funny how many people think it's the Apple watch. Obviously they can't tell the difference between round and square. The WIFI synching has been a great addition with the latest update. It was really cool to interact with it in a restaurant while my phone was miles away at home.

Good battery (it usually burns about 30-40% of battery for 10 hours.) Though no many functions such as iWatch (I am not gonna answer my phone through the watch in the public place...), Moto 360 is sufficient for me.

I have had the moto for about a month and a half now. Overall I have been very pleased with the watch. To be able to customize the face to your liking has given me almost no reason to put on a normal watch. Battery life in all honesty is fairly bad. I have gotten used to placing the watch in theater mode (which means that you have to press the side button to wake the device) for the first half of the day and then using the watch normally for the remainder of the day for updates. In tandem with google cards I honestly like receiving notifications that are relevant to my searches. Issues I have: the original bands have a notch where the insert is so you will need to modify your old bands if you have any lying around for the swap. The face is reasonably durable but I have noticed small scratches over time from keys and the like nicks.

It was an early Father's Day gift for my dad and it was well spent on. I'm a Samsung fan so I sport the Samsung Gear 2 to go along with my many other Samsung devices but I needed something that wasn't soo overbearing for my dad who isn't very tech savy. My dad is a man that likes to have things match his clothings and to my dismay he has just about everything that cna match. An associate suggested the Moto 360 since it doesn't hae a speaker and answers calls but can notify who's calling. Plus, it's very fashionable with it's round face and changeable bands. Perfect for my dad and perfect timing since Google was having a quick sale on their Moto too. My dad enjoys it and wears it every day. I'm still learning how to use it just so I can find interesting features but I feel like my dad already knows about the Moto more than I do.

    Stylish Round Smart Watch

This is the first smart watch I have ever owned and I absolutely love it! The thing that separates it from many of its competitors is it features a round display with give it a classic look. Everywhere I go, I also receive compliments and how amazing it looks. People are also amazed when I'm asking it a question or simply replying to a text message. After recieving an update for it, it seems to run a lot smoother. The battery life on average will last most of the day but I noticed if you use Maps for an extended period of a time, it will slowly drain your battery. It also has a health fitness tracker and will alert you on how many steps you've taken per day and can even give you your heartbeat. You can find several apps on the Play Store that will enhance your experience. Overall I love this watch and can't live without it.

Was in need of a smart watch but didn't wanna pay the apple watch price. This did the job just as well. My favorite feature was a 3rd party app that let me use a qwerty key board. This was very stylish and reliable.

Great smartwatch. Design is incredible to look at I don't go a single da without a compliment and only 1 out 20 people realize that it is a smartwatch. The battery life is more than enough, I get through a 15 hour day with usually at least 40-50% battery left. I have heavy use almost every day. Android wear has no place to go but up and this hardware is the best of the bunch by far. The older custom TI Omap processor works very well and there is no need currently for anything more powerful. If you are going to get a smartwatch, be smart and get the Moto 360!

My husband was talking about this watch nonstop, so I bought it for him for Christmas. It was the hit gift! He LOVES it! It does everything it says it does and holds a charge for 2 full days. I would recommend this for anyone who is tech savvy.

The watch has good battery life, and the configuration and watch faces are endless, I highly recommend the watch. My only problem would be the small area for the sensors on the screen, but apart from that it is an excellent piece of hardware!

I bought this when it first came out and it was hard to find. It's clean comes with a nice grey leather band, I swapped it out for a metal pebble watch which now everybody is doing. Everywhere I go I get a compliment on the watch and with the facer app I can swap the face all the time. It's really a notification center, you can play music and get Google map directions from the directly on the watch and reply to texts. I've had the galaxy gear and the gear 2 watch the biggest difference is you can't talk on the watch witch I miss. Great and classy watch!

First of all the battery isn't as bad as everyone seems to think. Since the last update the battery lasts me all day with ambient turned on. The round design is more comfortable. I have the Moto and the LG G watch and I like the Moto better. Seems more refined. Also, as far as the Gwatch R goes with it's perfect circle design and the 360's "flat tire" at the bottom... The LG's screen is smaller than the Moto's and has a bigger bezel around it. If you placed a big bezel around the Moto's screen it would look like a perfect circle too. Just saying.

Great watch. At the end of the day I have about %60 battery left. Went from Samsung gear 2 to this and the only thing I do not like is it doesn't have a microphone. Other then that I am very pleased with it.

For starters i am a computer engineer and i enjoy everything related to new tech. i had the moto 360 for a week. From what i read the battery apparently is supposed to get better after a few charge cycles, well mine did not instead it got worse with every charge. I did not receive many notifications on the device, the battery after 12 hours of use was sitting at 2% or already dead. My screen was also defective 16 dead pixels. The heart rate monitor never got a reading but that really depends on how skinny your wrist is as the sensor most likely wont lay flat. The watch was gorgeous though, the faces looked nice as well. I really wanted to enjoy this but i am 99% sure mine was defective from the get go with the battery and the screen. The cpu inside is 4 years old (identical to the cpu in the moto droid 2) and my experience noticed lagged in doing anything. To me $250 is a steep price for a smartwatch when you can spend that on a nice seiko, citizen or any of the decent watches out there and not worry about it being dead or the screen being off. I was hype for this but this has put me off smartwatches completely. Truth be told until there is a proper low power arm cpu made specifically for smartwatches battery life will always be terrible they are shoehorning full blown smartphone/tablet cpus in these right now which is overkill for what these do. I uploaded a picture showing a small cluster of dead pixels(upper right) the rest were hard to get on camera.

Been wearing the 360 for about three weeks and I'm liking it a lot. I keep it on priority notifications and theater mode, this keeps power consumption low and I can get two days out of a charge if I need.

I have been using the watch for months now. It works great. I get notified of my alerts. The one thing I wish it let me do is actually talk through the watch. Calls still have to be made on phone. Thanks.

    A Really Cool Gadget

After doing quite a bit of research on the various smart watches on the market I found the Moto 360 to offer a perfect blend of good looks, features and price. In the time I've had the watch I've really enjoyed it. Its cool being able to tell the watch to send a message to my wife, find out what the weather is going to be for the next several days or even remotely starting my car and having the A/C in the car cooling the vehicle down for when I get to it. I went and purchased the Moto not so much that I felt I needed it but rather I thought it would be interesting to play around with it and the price was good. Since then I've actually come to find it to be an productive little addition to my life. I think you'll come to enjoy it too if you go into it with a similar attitude.

    Great Design, Poor Setup

The design is great and looks premium (which is the reason I went from an LG G Watch to the 360). The only downside is with the initial setup. There is a known bug that causes the unit to drain the battery until you can get it to download and install the update. It took me 5 hours of struggling to get my unit working. Now that it is, I love the unit. I have a couple of messed up pixels on the display but I barely notice them now. It certainly doesn't detract from the watch.

    Awesome Notifier

By far this is certainly the sharpest looking watch out there. (Purchased the silver model.) It's circumference would be considered large for some but will feel normal for those of us used to the likes of Seiko watch types as an example. The thickness would also be about the same. The latest update for the Moto 360 has allowed more than a full days use ~ from 6am to about 11:30pm, ending the day with about 25% battery still left. You control your notifications thru the Moto Connect app ~ after a few months I still haven't shut any of them off, it's still so amazing. And yes, it's still a functioning watch even when it's not connected to your phone. I wasn't interested in speaking to my wrist, but you can utilize the Google Now but not for phone calls ~ no speaker, certainly not an issue. I would recommend the Moto 360 to everyone. I would highly recommend that that anyone purchasing this smart watch or any other smart watch to ensure that they plan the purchase of a screen protector at the same. On your wrist it's constantly exposed and although they have gorilla glass, you can still damage it no matter how careful you are. The leather band it comes with is certainly nice, but not for me. As you have heard or read, Motorola is coming out with the metal bands at some point for $80. You can pick up the Pebble Steel metal watch band for $20 (Best Buy sells it) and it fits perfectly and will make your Moto 360 even more brilliant. Be sure to protect your fancy notifier (toy), with a screen protector, you'll be glad you did!

being able to see notifications from facebook, gmail, hangouts (and replying to them) and seeing my cards without taking phone out of my pocket is great. i often use voice google search with watch also. It has had 2 updates and both have dramatically increased battery life, i now usually have about 60% left after 16 hours, but still rest on the Qi charger at night, just because i like the clock on my nightstand :)
