Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Moto 360 Smartwatch 46mm Stainless Steel's long battery life, stylish design, and useful notifications. They appreciate that it is easy to use and offers a variety of watch faces to choose from. However, some customers have concerns about its durability, display quality, connectivity issues, heart rate monitor accuracy, and its size being too large for smaller wrists.

Watch is fantastic, Android Wear on its way

The Moto 360 itself is a high class watch. I put the Pebble Steel metal watch band on it (also available at Best Buy), and the look is fantastic. I prefer watches with a little heft to them, and this is just right...not too heavy, not unsubstantial either. Android Wear, however, has a little ways to go. There are a few software annoyances that I hope will be resolved by Google. But functionally it does what it needs to do. Being able to reply to text messages via voice is awesome. And with the new firmware update, the battery life is easily all-day.

This device is as much a tool as a toy. It helps me get stuff done and is fun. I bought it at $149.99 since $249.99 is too steep. Be aware that Google Fit does not work properly with the watch and phone. Do a web search to learn more.

it doesn't have all the other capabilities but I think it's better than the samsung watch. I tried that before and writings are smaller than the moto. Only thing I don't like about the moto is it can only last a day of battery charge.

I've had the chance to wear the Moto 360 for two weeks now. I can say that I am more than pleased with the watch. I was estatic when my watch was able to surpass everyone's claim of a less than a day battery life. I can say that with moderate to heavy notifications, ambient Off, brightness set to Auto, and with the Digital watch face, I was able to get just about 45 hours on the watch. This was more than necessary and quite welcome. The feel of the leather band is of high quality, better than what is avaible out of the box so far. The watch is not huge but I can understand how a male or female with a small or thinner wrist might complain (not a deal breaker). The watch is very light, light enough that you forget your wearing it after a while. Android Wear is in no way or shape a perfect smart watch OS. It feels very Beta to me but it does the basic things right or good enough. Will or can it improve? That is up to Google but as the market is already gearing to go to war over smart watch superiority (aka Apple Watch). I'm sure its a safe bet, the software will be on par in the near future. All in all, the Moto 360 is a great smartwatch but its still not 100% perfect. I feel version 2.0 will squash its current limitations and stigma: *antiquated internals (cpu, etc) *the ambient sensor which currently cuts the bottom portion of the screen (small and becomes negligible after a while) * "longer battery life" (which is not true)

This is my second Wear smartwatch. After the latest update the battery life is great. The software is smooth, and this thing just looks amazing!

One of the best smartwatches to date

The moto 360 feels premium from unboxing to going on the wrist. The biggest issues I would say the watch has is that it takes a while to get used to how the interface works and the battery life is about average, and not absolutely abysmal as other reviewers state. You have to realize that this watch is running an LCD screen all day and that until we either have a revolution in battery or Display technology we won't have several day battery life. Now one of the best part about this watch is how FAST it charges. 15 minutes on the charger can easily get you an additional 8 hours of batter life. So before you go out for the evening a tossing it on the awesome wireless charger for a little while will easily ensure you make it through the night. Overall, I think this watch is quite comfortable, and stylish and a very competitive price for what it is.

Does not Live Up to the Motorola Name

Don't let the title fool you. This is a great Google Wear watch, but it still doesn't live up to the name of Motorola. Pros: Great build quality Bright Screen Decent specs Was on sale when I purchased Cons: (-1 star) horrible battery life - only lasted 3-5 hours with lowest brightness and minimum settings. (-1 star) sensors taking up screen space Outdated processor Grainy resolution Spotty voice recognition All in all, its a decent smartwatch, but I ended up returning it after 4 days because of the terrible battery life. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who would heavily use it.

Since the latest update the watch has become a better buy. Now with wifi support you can leave your phone behind and receive pushed notifications. Would of given 5 stars but the battery life could be better

Even after owning an Apple Watch, I still think that this is the best smart watch out there. My only complain is the battery life. I can not make it through the day without at least one top-up or it dies sometime before the evening.

I haven't worn a watch in close to a decade. I really love Tech though and once I saw the beauty of the moto 360, I thought I would give it a try. Well I can tell you that I really love this watch. I only take it off to charge it at night and shower. I do wish that it was capable of more than it currently can do. But I like being able to see who's calling or texting without looking at my phone and the ability speak to send text and even search google from my watch. Overall It is my favorite watch and second favorite Tech only to my phone.

The Moto 360 Smart-watch is great. The design looks very professional, and is great when you can't pull out your phone to look at a message. The watch is the perfect size. Not too big and not too small like some of the other mammoth smart watches. The stainless steel body looks, and feels, excellent and the leather band is comfortable enough for all day wear. The android wear app is still in its infancy, but there is a lot to come. Overall, it is a great watch to view messages on at work, or when you don't want to pull out your phone.

Lasts me all day and well into the next. I've had a pretty great time searching google for definitions on words as well as random questions. Speaking to the watch for navigation instructions works pretty well when you setup google maps correctly. Can't tell you how many times i've used "Navigate home" to great success and surprised faces. I still feel like a bit of a nerd when I used it infront of large groups of coworkers but when I'm alone with my Wife or friends it's been fun.

I like it as a gadget, but it's really more of a novelty. Being in an office setting I have yet to see the use of getting notifications on my phone and my wrist. Regardless, it is still fun to play with.

Love the idea of the watch. Does not work properly, and had it exchanged once already. Two main issues. First, does not work with my phone and car kit at the same time. The watch stays synced, but I cannot answer of talk through the car's bluetooth. Second problem is some of the verbal commands cause the watch to do an internet search instead of opening an app as it is supposed to. The replacement watch does the same thing leaving me to believe that there is a software glitch.

If you need to buy a smart watch right now, this is the one you want. Yes, it is expensive, and really I feel the proper price would be closer to 200, but if you want a great looking smartwatch you will pay for it. Some folks complain of lag in the software, I have not experienced this at all. Android Wear is a work in progress, fun to mess with now, but with updates, I am sure it will become more and more useful. For now, I feel that smartwatches are for the serious tech users who love to play/tinker with technology. I love the customization available with this watch. It comes preloaded with great watch face choices from Motorola, however, do your research and you will find ways to create pretty much anything you can imagine. Is this watch something I would consider a 'must-have? No, not really. Do I absolutely love the thing? Yes. Would I buy it again? Yes. Bottom line....if you must buy a smartwatch, this is the one to buy. The LG G Watch R will be out soon, for those that are intrigued by round face smarwatches.....but keep in mind, it will be more expensive than the moto and it will have a stationary bezel with minute markers around the face of the watch, which may limit your imagination for creating unique watch faces.

The moto 360 is definitely the best smart watch (android wear or not) on the market. Great build quality, and the recent update fixed battery life so that ambient mode is actually useful. The processor is a bit slow, and voice commands are not always read properly, but I'm hopeful that will be fixed in future updates.
