    Great Follow-up to Gen 1

As an owner of the first generation of the Moto 360, I wasn't sure what to expect from this iteration. I knew it would be the same diameter, that it would have 'lugs' instead of allowing the band to connect into the watch body, itself (hopefully preventing the cracking issue that many saw in the plastic on the back of the first generation watch), and that they moved the crown from the 3 o'clock position to the 2 o'clock position. Other than that, though, I didn't know what to expect (mainly because you couldn't really even get your hands on it yet). When my watch came, the first thing I did after opening the package was place it on the charging cradle. The old cradle seems to work with the new watch, by the way; it's not super stable, but it works! Once placed in the charger, I was greeted by the familiar boot animation followed by the familiar charger screen. I immediately changed the color to my preference and let it charge up while I had time. While I was charging it, I immediately paired it with my phone, which is just as easy as it's always been with my first generation. Open the Android Wear app on my phone, select the correct watch from the list (there was only one watch on the 'list' in my case since only one unpaired watch was within Bluetooth range), and let it install all my apps to my new wearable! It was in wearing it that I finally noticed any real difference. This thing is comfortable! Not that the first generation was bad or anything, but this device feels far more smooth and rounded where it needs to be. I can really feel a difference between this one and the first one, and I like how it feels. The screen is higher definition (looks great!), and it almost feels smooth to the touch (I like this a lot). The bottom of the watch is also smoother/rounder feeling, and I quite enjoy how it sits on my wrist. Overall, I'm very happy (so far) with my purchase. This is a great watch and I look forward to a long time of use.

    Nice and stylish

I have had this for about a week now. It has performed flawlessly for what I was looking for. My priorities were: 1. Stylish looks 2. Able to check alerts without taking phone out of my pocket 3. Some health monitoring 4. All day battery For this it has been perfect. The battery life has been sufficient for daily use. I like the appearance with the always on watch face. It is limited to how you can respond to alerts but between my work and personal emails and text I get probably 50+ a day. The majority of which do not require immediate attention. I see them and dismiss them and keep doing what I am doing. For me that is a wonderful feature. For the price, that might not be enough for some people. The price is not out of line for a premium watch and this looks like a premium watch.

Worst watch ever. The build of the watch it amazing. But the app had bugs and made it impossible to pair on the new galaxy s7. Ended up returning it and getting a samsung gear s2.

I have 1st generation 360 and 2nd generation motorola 360, the 1st generation watch only lasted 6 hours , I then got the second generation watch, first one was over heating and screen was discolored, This is not normal, never had these issues with the first generation watch, exchanged it for a new one, now very happy with it, battery lasts forever, 6am till 2 am, and battery is at 70%, very happy with it, highly recommend, some good apps to have is video tube, watch YouTube on watch, pixtocam let's you see what your phone camera sees on the watch, and another one is browser, browse the internet on the watch, one thing I wish is that it could have had a built in speaker, but good watch just ugly band, but they are interchangeable

Been waiting for this release for months and it didn't disappoint. Very happy with the watch so far. Easy to set up and use for a first time Android Wear owner. Take away the flat tire and add 3g and this thing would be perfect. However, even after 1 day I don't really notice the black bar at the bottom. Great overall watch.

    The best smartwatch

I have had many smart watches/fitness trackers in the past. I've had the moto 360 v1, gear s2 watch, galaxy gear 2, microsoft band, and multiple fitbits. They were all returned and i decided to go with the moto 360 v2. Comfort and look has always been an issue for me but this looks great! Not only does it look amazing but it feels just right on my wrist. It looks like an actual watch and isn't sluggish at all. I wish there were more interchangeable bands but I'm sure with time those will be released.

    Great smartwatch

If you are a heavy Google services user like I am you will find a lot of functionality in this watch. No huge changes in the design from the last gen, but that is OK. The "flat tire" on the bottom of the display doesn't take away much from the display and it allows them to keep the bezel nice and thin. My only concern is with durability - I've already picked up a small scratch on the screen after just one day of use and I don't recall hitting it on anything. I highly recommend you order a screen protector and apply it before using the watch. Other than that, this watch is a win.

    Beautiful watch

Ive resisted purchasing a high tech watch as Im more of a traditional watch person. I picked the moto 360 because it looks like a traditional watch and the notifications and the ability to change watch faces is awesome. Im still learning the ins and outs but one big recommendation I can offer is purchase the 46mm over the 42mm, ive tried both and the extra size makes reading the face slightly easier and the band is also wider on the 46mm version. The larger version does not feel too heavy and you will get used to the larger size. I like how when you charge the watch at night it turns into a clock that I can be easily read at a distance in the morning.

    Almost perfect, BUT...

Cons: NO speakers, No adjustable vibration settings, too many battery drain watch faces and watch band shows extreme wear quickly. Pros: Great build, excellent battery life (after settings adjusted), great apps and most eye catching design. Most men should purchase the 46mm watch face. The 42mm is way too small for the average man.

Good Upgrade from the OG Moto 360

I previously had the original Moto 360 which was a Christmas gift from my wife. I enjoyed using that watch during this time. However, I was having connection issues and the device would occassionally lock up. I upgraded to the new 360 and love it even more. It is very useful with notifications and I like wearing a watch anyways. Great device.

This watch is much better than the first gen. The battery is longer, the animations smoother. The only thing i dislike and is why i dont give it five stars is the whole 42 and 46 mm price difference. Good way to charge more for the product i guess. Overall its an awesome smart watch.

I have been looking at this for months debating on whether or not to buy it, and now I am sorry I waited for so long. I have a couple dozen very high end time pieces, and now they are all sitting on the shelf. This time piece looks great, fits great, and ITS A SMART WATCH!! I can see what everyone raves about no matter the brand they have, it's just awesome to have my phone on my wrist and not have to worry about ALWAYS having it on me. My watch lasts 2 days on a charge and I feel like im always fiddeling with it , so I have NO complaints there. As a matter of fact , I have none expect if your looking at it, DONT WAIT like I did!

I've been wanting a Moto 360 since the first gen, but I opted for the Gear 2 last year because Tizen seemed to work better with my Note 4 than Android Wear at the time. Luckily, Wear has matured over the past year and I figured it was time to get a new watch. The 360 2nd gen is awesome. Looks great, works great, and I love having a round smartwatch finally. Totally worth it!

I bought this for his Christmas gift, I was attracted to this watch because it actually looks like a watch and isn't ugly or cheap looking like some of the other smart watches on the market. I did a bunch of research first and like that this one can play any Droid apps and also has voice control which he loves to use. I'm truly impressed by the speed of this little thing and how accurately it records what he is saying. Great that it also tracks his steps each day!

Great Android Watch - Now, what to do with it?

If you'd like a smart watch, this one is one of the best. It is rather handsome and I've received positive comments on it. For fitness tracking it is great. As a watch it is great. Seeing incoming text is nice. Responding is clunky as I am still not comfortable talking to my gadgets and rarely think the stock responses are appropriate - many people may like this better than me though. Facebook works with it, I almost wish it didn't. It is small, by its nature. With my eyesight, there are a lot of things that make no sense on this form factor. This limits it a bit for me. Battery lasts a long time for me. Never had it run out, so can't say how long it takes.

    Watch is a fad item

Looked through all the reviews and have a motorola phone that works great. Wanted the watch for the functional purposes of working out and listen to music without the phone through Google play and be able to see texts and emails quickly without having to access my phone. Google play music offline on watch never worked properly (downloaded through PC and phone multiple times, checked support sites never worked consistently). Secondly, couldn't use bluetooth in car if I had the phone connected to the watch. Car connectivity would work then drop ( support site of car company accessed, but never worked). Returned after much attempted tech support.
