Sometimes there is a slight lag to wake up the phone. The screen is not as bright as my old MOTO e5 play. Does everything I need it to. Love the blue color. The camera is improved. Needed more storage n got it here. No regrets. I would've liked to give 5 stars except for, noted above.

Phone is nice, what he needs, but the problem was it would not transfer data (contacts, text messages, etc) from old phone thru Bluetooth. VERY frustrating! Even Best Buy employees couldn't get it done. Overall, good deal for the price!

Transferring data like contacts and text messages can be done with a use of third party apps or simply sync your Google account from an old phone and use the same account to the new phone to transfer contacts. Our Moto e phone

After I had it set up, it accidentally got locked in a flash mode. I finally got rid of that by allowing the battery to totally discharge; that took about five days. I haven't had a chance to try anything but the camera which works OK, and the phone, which works OK.

Decent budget phone

The interface is similar to what you would find on a google pixel. The screen is glass in the front and also a glass back. Micro usb instead of usb c which is something to consider. Decent performance, but at this price point I do wish it was a little more responsive.

Stuck in my verizon sim and my sd and it works great. ⚠️ If you have verizon, you will have to ask them to reset your sim, then you restart your phone and it's flawless. If you don't, you will not receive text messages even though you can send them.

This phone is 120$ it's not going to be anywhere close to flagship phones now with that being said. It does have the same capability as my old Samsung. It is however a little slow and doesn't have much memory. Again it's 120$ it's a great deal for the price. Great starter phone or emergency phone if you need one fast and cheap this is the way to go.
