The phone overall is okay the screen, processor, camera, etc. As a budget phone it can make calls, browse the web, and it's on a recent android version.

Excellent budget smartphone. If you are on a budget wait for these to go on sale and they are very good. Good signal with T-Mobile and also decent pictures. This is not a $900 phone so just set your expectations at a decent level and I think you will be pleased. Was able to get this on sale for $119.

My husband and I purchased 2 of these phones. With both of them, we have problems with it keeping connection with different wifi at home, around town, etc. That's our only complaint.

This is average phone. Quality of image is not good but so far for me battery life is good. I am using for very basic purpose.

The phone is used or recertified as was advertised. It came on time. I wanted a phone I can use for Sprint or Tmobile and it is perfect for the purpose. It was received on time.

Excellent phone for functionality and price. Pleasantly surprised by quality of screen and phone shell. Its been dropped a couple of times and No Damage.... Not a huge fan of "Android" but happy with overall quality, reminds me of early day cell phones from Motorola (durable)

Made very well good price. Only thing is don't trust best buy on the shipping date got it five days later then it said it would arrive.

Bought this to replace a Google Pixel that broke unexpectedly. Switching over to this phone was seamless. I like the size of the screen and I've dropped it multiple times without a case on and the screen has yet to crack or scratch. (I am just waiting for my case to get here in the mail).

Bought this for my 9 year old.The phone i got him for Christmas was crap.He love this phone.

The change from Galaxy to Motorola has its hiccups in the operating systems. But once figured out navigation it's not bad...the email is kinda crazy compared to the Galaxys

We were very impressed with the gentleman that helped us we purchased two Moto phones and we're happy with them the technician was pleasant knowledgeable helped us set up the phones did follow through we came back because we've had the same good help in the past from Best buy

My experience was easy I ordered online and had a curbside pick up the phone and sim were ready to go when it was given to me and worked as soon as I turned it on

Backup phone. Using with tmobile prepaid plan. Just put in sim card and it worked. Pretty fast and sound quality is fine. Not using camera so I do not know about picture quality.

Overall a good phone, I just have to learn the differences. I like being able to hear it ring, it has good sound. It does everything I need it to.

Uses data when I don't actively do anything on the phone (Motorola Moto e (with Android operating system)) to use data - no active internet use at all. This also in spite of deactivating all background activity in as many applications as I could find. This has led me to try to find a simpler phone that will operate successfully on the Tello network - have not found one. (I'm avoiding flip phones due to bad past experience with a flip phone.)
