Bought this phone for my father in law, so far he’s really enjoying it and it resembles the iPhone a lot but he’s not an iPhone guy so the android features are great for him

Nice product and it was nice experience only thing I didn’t like is that they are charging large amount for returning the phone as they were charging this for restocking. Other than that everything is good and safe for shopping and staff is also good.

With some assistance from your fantastic Supervisor, Nick, my husband learned how to use some of this phone's features. The phone is beautiful and has great color. Thanks to Nick for getting the phone set up and working! He is very savvy and friendly.

For the price. It does it's job well. it is a BASIC smartphone and hence you can't expect it to multitask. With that in mind it's fast for just 2 apps opened. If Motorola/Lenovo had a better upgrade policy I would buy another one.

Phone is great the haven't had a issue with it. The pictures quality is very good.

Camera quality is poor, storage is an issue, I constantly have to power this phone off and back on because the screen gets stuck. It truly is a cheap phone has no value when it comes to trading it in zero dollars offered. The volume is loud like it's on speaker when it's not.

With the help of a Best Buy manager I made a smart choice by buying this phone instead of one of the more highly advertised phones. It does everything I need and more. Great phone and great customer service.

Well it's been one year and almost 5 months since I purchased this phone and I almost never use it. I'm not a cell phone person. I bought it only because I was having car problems and was afraid to breakdown on the highway or out of state and there are no pay phones around anymore. I have a $7 a month plan that I use less than the allowed 100 texts and 75 minutes talk and no data so you can see how much I do not use this phone. It worked flawlessly until today. It won't turn on. A total black screen and nothing. If it's the battery, watching a youtube video shows it to be an exhaustive procedure to change. I'm going to have to take it somewhere to be fixed I suppose. I would not recommend this $130 phone when the one I had bf only cost me $40 and did as much as this one and still works. I only bought this on to get on the T-Mobile network to get that $7 a month plan.

This phone is probably the best phone i ever purchased for the price.

About an hour after we got the phone it started throwing a bunch of errors about Google and the google api stopping. You couldn't do anything since the errors came one after another. I was able to do a factory reset on the phone and fix it. The phone was new out of the box, no apps or anything installed when it did this. It was disappointing and we are hoping it doesn't happen again.

The young gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of our problem in a very professional manner. We were pleased with him as he was very courteous.

Brought this phone for my mother in law . Never had a hard time trying to get the phone , just walked right in and out. The set-up was very smooth and easy. I’m thinking about purchasing this phone
