I found it to have a good bit of lag going in and out of apps (not enough RAM) The screen sometimes doesn’t recognize input. Battery life average

Phone Okay Best Buy service nonexistent

I had to go through tremendous effort to get a sim card to activate the phone. When I tried to call Best Buy I got nothing but transfers and wait times with no solution or help. I will not use Best Buy again.
