    I was looking for an unlocked phone which would work with an eSIM. I was offered a eMoto phone which apparently does not have this function, so now I´m "stuck with it". The phone is fine, but it´s not what I need. How can I evaluate it fairly?

      Sorry to hear this report. Yes, you are correct. The Moto E 2020 is not compatible with an eSim. It would be best to contact Best Buy support to see if there options they can provide for this matter. - Mike MotorolaMobility

    Going from an iPhone to this is a bit complicated. It’s not as easy to find your apps and when you are on a site , it’s closes at random. The voice tones is not the best voices. I don’t use it as much as I did with the iPhone
