    I was extremely disappointed in this cell phone. I actually purchased TWO to give as Christmas gifts for members of my family who use Verizon Wireless. My Mom first activated hers and the phone seemed to be working fine, but then she could not receive any incoming texts. She can send them out, but she gets none. I wasted HOURS in forums and trying to figure out if it was just a simple setting, then spent hours with Verizon Wireless Tech Support, trying to resolve the issue. All to no avail. The second phone I bought as a gift did the same thing! That user is also with Verizon Wireless. They told her the phone's not compatible with Verizon. That was the first thing I checked before purchasing these phones. SO disappointed! Not only were the gifts a bust, but to pour salt in the wound, they are past their 14 day period of being able to be returned. This is NOT the normal top quality I've come to expect from Best Buy. What a letdown!

    I needed a extra phone to my other one fixed. I don't like how it's hard to get to the main screen. Also this phone fades in and out when talking to people on it. Really not impressed. Difficult to maneuver around .
