Battery life sucks

The back button is crazy. I charge phone at night to 100% and even with just web searches the battery is at 60% by lunch time. The battery on the LG Stylo 5x I had would last me all day , getting to 60% into the late evening & that was with watching YouTube & social media.

Bad phone experience

If you look at our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, the Moto E 2020 is compatible with Xfinity Mobile (MVNO of Verizon Network). But, I would still suggest contacting your preferred carrier to check if the phone will work using their service. - Mike

The signal on this device sucks. I couldn't get a hold of anyone due to signal failure. Brand New out of box and haven't been able to use it at all. Waste of my money.

It was a sad experience

Kept getting error message of invalid SIM card. Called boost mobile several times. I returned the phone after 2 days harrowing frustration of my work. I was "extorted" $45 "restocking" fee. Based on this experience, I have doubts if I will shop again in Best buy. I told this to the Store Manager.
