    Good Phone to use but item i got looks defective

    The phone I got had bootloader issue and i have to send it motorola for fixing it.May be this item is defective.But otherwise phone is excellent

    I don't believe the storage capacity was posted online. The phone has less capacity than I was really looking for. However, the phone does what it needs to do.

    Not compatible with Mint Mobile. The phone is lightweight and cute but it didn't fit my needs.

    We were in there several times cause our phones wouldn't work right. We finally went to verizon in south bend and in 5 minutes he had our phones working and they have been fine. It's sad when a 74 year old man has to sit there 6 hours altogether and it still don't work. Will never be back or recommend best buy

    Phone did not come with SIM card to activate so it was returned, even though I purchased 3 months of service for for as a gift.

    This is by far the worse phone I have ever owned, constantly drops calls, I can't talk on this phone in my house, NO service, I have to go outside. I get voicemails and the phone never rang.

    Ridiculous, stupid big ad a protective case then you have a CLOWN PHONE so big there's no comfortable or logical way to carry this CLOWN PHONE and any info that comes from a Best Buy employee (EX-WAL-MART EMPLOYEE?) is ALWAYS incorrect. Could be worse (CR'APPLE) so I do NOT recommend unless you're in the market for a GIANT HEAVY CLOWN PHONE!

    Been having lot of problems with phone called said it's too late for me to return. Wasn't too happy with that fact. Being I just got it December 29th 2020. Feel like you should at least have 30 days to return.

    Do not purchase this phone if you are a Verizon customer. It's not compatible with Verizon network and you will have errors with text messaging.
