    Really solid phone

I've had this phone for a week and after one initial issue with texting it's been great. At first I couldn't receive texts (I use Verizon) but after working with Verizon tech support I got it resolved and the phone has been great since. I'm super hesitant to spend $800 on a phone and I think honestly most people don't need that much tech. The moto e does everything I need a cell phone to do: call, text, check email, some web browsing and some video playing. I don't really play games on it but I think it would handle it fine. Save your money. Don't spend $800 on a phone. Get the moto e.

Moto E phone is terrible; do not buy it!

This is my 5th phone with consumer cellular - all of them failed within 2 years. The Motorola Moto E is by far the worst of them; it fails to sync with car via bluetooth, it drops calls, it's touch pad will not activate when you are trying to receive a call. I called consumer cellular are told them about it; they said they were having trouble with that model - but they sure did not tell me before I called! Terrible phone warranties; CC depends upon return phones from other people and takes their word that there is nothing wrong with the surrendered phone - problem is there is, otherwise why would the people surrender the phone in the first place. Warranty is a sham - received 2 additional flip phone when mine failed; both replaced phones had the SAME PROBLEM AS THAT WHICH I SURRENDERED. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH CONSUMER CELLULAR AND THEIR CHEAP PHONES: THEY ARE JUNK!!!

    Cannot, not do not recommend

Regretfully the worst purchase of a phone. I recognize the low cost would mean limits but the lack of upgrading the older version of Android software limits so much. Finger print recognition doesn't work for most banks, Starbucks, Paypal, Facebook, etc. It allows you to register and won't save it so it starts you back to doing it each time you open the apps. The phone is very very delayed...worse than my Apple 6 many years older. I finally gave up and there are no refunds so it's a wifi music device now and that's even a hassle. I advise not wasting your money on this phone and I don't leave reviews typically. Buyer beware! I am enjoying my Pixel 5 now.
