I guess you get what you pay for but this phone just really wasn’t that great for me. I thought being an unlocked phone it wouldn’t come with Unnecessary apps in operating system

Works decent but I have to reboot it almost daily or things such as moto voice won't work

I have this cellphone for about 22 days still having a hard time navigating

BestBuy service is excellent. Fast shipping, great support. Regretfully, The MotoE4 is not a good phone. Is great looking and light. But is slow, shuts apps by itself, videos lag and quality of call is not very good. Very disappointing.

There is loss of internet while operating on this phone. Speakers are not loud enough to hear the sound. Overall phone rating is average and can be used for a short period of time.

Contacts from old phone did not migrate. Online instructions did not work. Phone tutorials were incomplete, did not cover much of anything. Very disappointed!

It's amazing what you can get for $130 these days. I will preface this by saying that I'm an IT Pro in my early 50's. I understand the technology. I've used iPhone's and most recently the Moto G 3rd Gen and Moto G4 Play. I'm a big fan the Motorola line. I'm very happy with my purchase of the Moto E4. This performs as well as the Moto G4 Play and has the awesome fingerprint reader I needed. I can't say enough about the fingerprint reader. It's fast and accurate. The battery life seems better than the G4 Play, and it charges much quicker. I'm not a gamer or video chatter. I use very few apps and only occasionally watch video on a phone. The MLB At Bat Live Video looks good on this phone. I will never need a $800+ flagship phone for performance or status. I just want a phone that can handle email, texts, a few phone calls, GPS and a few other apps. This phone does the trick. No need to spend hundreds when you can get all the basics in a nice package for so much less. Shipped with Android Nougat 7.1.1. I hold hope that Motorola will update this model in the future. Thanks Motorola for continuing to produce outstanding devices at a great price.

I wouldn't buy or give this phone to my worst enemy. If I did buy my worst enemy a phone, I would get them a string and two cups because it would work better than the Moto E4.

The screen stopped working meaning it is not responsive on the go half of the phone.

I have had this phone for several months now and Im buying another one for my wife now. You simply cant ask more for the price, good camera, great battery life, fast processor for regular use. Lacks customization, but I guess most people wont mind that.

I purchased this phone a few weeks ago, and yes at a time when Moto was almost launching the E5. This is a great purchase and people would be surprised to know that E4 sports a newer version of Nougat wen compared to the costlier G5 Plus (sounds counter intuitive). but the bottom line is, at it's price point this device gives you more than you ask for.

Have to keep turning phone on and off to stay on Network, it constantly says I am away from my home Network and I have to change to cdma mode and vice versa. No wifi calling, device memory settings are not modifiable. Too difficult to set up group text messaging. Calls do not come through. This is the second unlocked Moto device I will return. The first one was the g series and I had similar problems. I am better off with an old Galaxy S5 loner. Seriously, the specs are better. All this on Verizon network. Last phone was an unlocked s7 that does fine. Battery life is the only thing I like. The charge is slow though, especially with any cheer that did not come out of the box.

Bought this through Best Buy,under $ 60.00.Could not keep my other phone charged and the battery was built in...This new phone has battery that can be removed if necessary...Nice clear screen,nothing about this phone that makes it run sluggish..A full charger will last 24 hours depending on your use

Don't understand Fingerprint double security logic.

The Bluetooth will not stay connected. Battery saver is not on. Aggravating. Can't use it in my car or with my Fitbit. Everything else is great

I bought this phone to replace my LG Tribute (which is also a horrible phone that I bought at Best Buy). This phone does not recognize when the headphones are plugged in, which has driven me crazy. This phone is also really buggy and will randomly close/open apps, and will lose network service where there should be service, I live in the city and have always had service throughout. I bought this prepaid Virgin Mobile as I've been a virgin mobile customers for almost 10 years and it seems like the phones get worse and worse with each model. The LG Tribute was also a virgin mobile phone. I'm returning this phone and may not ever get another phone or any electronic device from Best Buy again. I'm so tired of this bull.
