The phone is great bought it for my 11 year old on her birthday, camera went bad after a month, got replacement thru Motorola.

Not the best phone but it works ok. I don't like the message part. to hard to use. it keeps calling people when I want to text.

Phone does not get good reception calls get droped

I bought this unlocked phone for use with international travel. It turns out that I can only access a small number of my contacts and a small number of my nearly 1,000 songs. If I read the online manual correctly, the only way I can access the rest of this information is by formatting my memory card as 'internal storage', which would wipe it clean and make it useless for the next time I have to replace my phone. If true, this is a really silly situation and a sign of incompetence on the part of Motorolla. I am very disappointed.

Could not save apps to SD card, pics to SD from camera. When backing up pictures to card it randomized them all and now all 700 plus pics are out of order/ sequence and made duplicates of half of them. Camera was mediocre even though high pixel count. Network settings were impossible for Verizon to work with. Had to return.

After few months the phone starts to have problems to accept charge until one day very soon, the phone doesn't accept charge anymore. Motorola knows the problem very well and the only solution they have is replace the phone - with another Moto E4 plus -with 20% off on the original price. It's like you get scam from Motorola.

Nice looking phone for the price and the biggest advantage of it is the fact it is unlocked and can be used overseas! I won’t have to get a phone whenever I go visit Colombia. I can just take this nice looking phone with me and I will be reachable from the USA. I got the “open-box” one and I’m not ashamed to say it nor disappointed because the phone has surpassed my expectations specially because of how nice it looks for the price I paid for it. This will be a backup phone here in the USA (I also have an iPhone 7Plus).

absolutely awful phone. Had the Moto g6 for not even two weeks before it shut off on me and would not turn back on. To make this even better, Best Buy refused to let me return it or give me any suggestions on what to do. Terrible phone and terrible company.

This phone is so sensitive. Merely tossing it down on the seat next to me I end up calling people... or taking 50 burst pix of the ceiling. I miss my Samsung.

I broke my Galaxy S7 so I needed a phone to hold me over till the next iPhone release and I wasn't looking to spend much. I know how shoddy some of the phones in this price range can be so I did a little research before walking into the store and decided it was between this or the Nokia 3.1. The Nokia would continue to get updates but the Motorola E series has a history of producing a solid product at a budget friendly price and with the phone being unlocked, rooting and installing a custom rom is fairly easy. This phone, even with 2gb of ram, is super smooth and responsive. It runs an almost stock Android, much better than Samsung's TouchWiz. The fingerprint sensor is amazing and using it for navigation is a nice feature. The combination of screen, processor and battery make this a very efficient phone that can get 12++ hours of screen on time on a single charge. This phone has me questioning if I really need a $1000 iPhone when a $160 budget phone is this solid If this phone lasts I may just check out the Motorola G series instead.

I ordered this phone for my wife. She's not a Gamer or a Tekkie, but she loves to do what women do with a phone. (I don't mean this in a male chauvinist pig way). She's on the phone alot socializing, takes lots of pics, messages, emails, etc.. All the apps she's loaded, the phone handles with lightening speed. Big display. Plus add a 64 Micro SD card and you've got 80 Gig, for cheap phone that looks great, lightweight,and does it all! If you can get it cheap, buy it. Then in a couple years, you don't feel bad about getting the next new phone.Plus Motorola backs up their phones with a solid warranty!

The phone's sound is horrible no one could hear me

Battery is good, signal is good, screen is ok, but the hotspot is locked I buy at unlocked so I don't have to deal Whit the locked rules from the carriers...

The phone is absolutely awesome, it's just a little heavy.

The way this phone survived and for the price it is really an amazing deal.
