    Typical Lenovo Product

I bought a Moto E4 because my 2 year old base LG K8 broke when someone spilled their drink on it. I was undecided between a Motorola and another LG. The dude at the cell phone counter recommended the Moto, so I went with it. Terrible choice. It was more expensive than my LG, and much slower. Sure, it has some nice features like fingerprint recognition, but even that only works when it wants to. The Camera is crazy slow, and sometimes fails to even take video when it says it's recording. Sometimes the phone randomly crashes and restarts for no reason. I never had those issues with my trusty, old, base model LG which was $20 cheaper. Nice going, Lenovo.

Defective phone, and terrible BB Return Policy.

The headphone jack doesn't work, plain and simple. I thought the plug to my headset may have been bad, so I tried two different but compatible speakers, but no dice. I searched online for a solution and learned that other buyers received E4 Pluses with defective jacks. Poor QC by Motorola. Even worse return policy by Best Buy. Heads up, 15 days to return and item, even if it's defective. My tech purchases will be with BB competitors with better service policies, hence forward.

    Awful! So many glitches

I was in a pinch to get a cheap phone and lady at Best Buy highly recommended this phone. I didn't have a phone at the moment and so was unable to do research at the store like normally do. This phone has so many glitches...freezing while restarting, freezing and restarting on it's own and coming back on with the generic wallpaper replacing my wallpaper, the screen going black and staying black during calls, and a constant lag when taking videos or playing games. After doing some research these are ALL known issues and none have quick and easy fixes. I've tried every fix online and am still having issues. This phone is complete garbage.

Software issue causes it to lose service

I'm surprised this is still being offered. There is a software issue with this phone that causes it to loose service. This is covered extensively in the Lenovo user forums. Search "Frequent SIM card errors". This has been going on for over a year with no resolution. Of hundreds of comments and thousands of views no one has yet to post that they were able to resolve the issue. Sure the specs on the phone are great and its got a lot going for it...as long as you don't need to actually make calls or send text messages.
