The phone is working great connected to AT&T but when I try to connect to wifi it doesn't work. All our other phones are still working as well as our 2 laptops. I turned all but 1 computer off but this phone still wont connect. When I took it to Best Buy it connected to their sysem so the problem is with my network, It doesn't like the Moto.

There are instances that it may not connect with a low connection. You may try to check if the Wifi Scanning is off. If it is on, turn it off. To check, go to Settings> Location> tap 3 dots> Scanning> Turn off wifi scanning if it is on and see if that would help.

My voice can't be heard on the other side

However, during the calls, there are sudden blackouts for the person on the other side. My voice does not reach there for a couple of seconds, and after that, it goes back to normal. In each minute of the call, this issue occurs.

That's rare. This may also happen during calls when you are in a low signal area. Does this happen to all persons and different locations? Have you also tried restarting the phone and see if it has the same thing? These are some examples you can try and let us know if that works.

Con- already been service once by motorola for volume issues still having same problems, caller cant hear b/c of in n out service, bluetooth will not connect to car or headset. Motorola has stepped it up a bit with these phones, Ringer and volumes isn't too loud tho, try to see if stores has one u can try before you buy and always ask for HAC rating which is usually on side of box.

A lot of little things missing that my old Galaxy S5 had, let alone other phones before that. Also noticed some lag lately. Could be an update that caused it, or possibly a memory issue.

Posted .Hi Jace, sorry to hear about that. Lags and freezing are sometimes caused by running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you are no longer using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (at least every 48 hours) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
