IS CRAZY MY MOTHER USE THIS PHONE AND I HAVE NO IDEA. HOW SHE MANAGE TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA? SHE COMPLAINS BUT SOMEHOW SHE IS IN SOCIAL MEDIA.

The speaker makes noise when I make a call. The main screen does not shows when I got a message from a msm or WhatsApp

It works as a decently priced unlocked phone but don't expect more than a year out of it.

For the price it's okay. Not very advance. Physical cover is strong.

The phone is not up to date on software update. It will not let you update it from June 2017 version. Went to register to the warranty with the manufacturer company and it says it already been registered for a month (December 15, 2017). When I directly asked if this phone was a return because it was an open box.

The Moto E4 Plus is the best budget phone that money can buy. Despite having a Quad-core 1.4 GHz , Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 processor, it's a fast phone, very adequate for everyday use. I really like the 5000 mAh battery that can last almost 3 days of usage with data off and minor to moderate usage. Holding the phone, it has a good, solid feel that gives piece of mind while using it. I wasn't a user of larger phones but this phone changed the paradigm for me. Why spend $700 dollars or more on a phone when this budget phone can satisfied all my needs? Motorola really pushed the boundaries in budget phones designing this hulk.

Since buying this phone I had connection issues. Had a replacement from Motorola but same issue. Phone will just drop in and out of conversation. Have to constantly move around to keep connected. Had several conversation with my carrier (T-Mobile) and Motorola to no avail. However I believe it's the phone. Used other phones on the network without issue.

Phone stopped working after 8 m0nths. I was glad when I was able to purchase a new phone. i do not recommend it

I absolutely love this phone so far. Every dumb design decision being made on 'flagship' phones is reversed on the E4. 1) The battery (of course). As I type this, I can't even remember the last time I charged.. was it 3 or 4 days ago..? Battery still at 40 percent, about 2 days charge remaining. It's insane. If people lived with this phone for a while, I bet most would NEVER want to sacrifice this convenience to make a phone a couple of mm thinner. 2) It has a bezel, which reduces accidental screen presses when holding the phone and helps protect the screen. 3) It has a headphone jack, so can be plugged into standard audio components. 4) Price is amazing. About a fifth what I paid for my old HTC a few years ago. Two other points- I liked the loud speakers on my HTC, but I also find this phone to be loud enough. And, it does everything I need a smartphone to do. Bravo, Moto. Please keep a model like this in your lineup for people who value practicality. I would also like to thank Best Buy for honoring their price match policy after I bought this phone right before a big price drop.

Excellent phone for the price for work and play. I was nervous to buy this phone but pleasantly surprised. It's amazing! Pros: If you like 5.5 inch phones it's light and just feels nice to hold even with a case. Plays all side scroller games of 2017 perfectly (Injustice2, transformers, shadow fight3, ufc mobile, morphite, etc). It just takes time to load but it's not a Flagship phone. There's no lag though once it loads. Phone calls are clear and quick to dial. I have had the LG G3 - 400 dollar phone that had the screen blank bug. Also have the Iphone6 which for some reason lags when typing most of the time. Must be the battery slow down issue. Also the screen is too small for games for me to be comfortable. Both the LG G3 and Iphone6 resolution makes the images and text too small. I don't need a super high resolution. 1080 is just perfect for the size. I don't like images being too tiny. This screen is just vibrant and comfortable to look at. Good battery life. I had to keep the LG G3 plugged in mostly. E4 plus has the features I need and does not include useless gimmicky features. Feels lighter than my LG G3 and Iphone6. E4 plus is just so comfortable to hold and use for long periods. Cons: Of course the E4 plust camera is not the greatest but it's not the worst either. The LG G3, Iphone5 were not good at low light either. Iphone6 has excellent camera. The E4 plus can't play some First person games smoothly but I don't want to play First first games on a mobile device anyways. Bottom line: Amazing for the price. Yes I sold my PS Vita.

I just got one of these for a friend of mine and put it on Republic Wireless. I logged into xfinitywifi and put in our user name and password on the Comcast app. No matter where we went in this city we always had good WiFi which kept the data use at zero. I decided then and there that I would pass my Moto G down and get one for myself. Plus, the battery NEVER dies! Let it run down to zero twice and charge up to 100% and the battery should be good a very long time. How it gets WiFi so well is still a mystery to me, too. You cannot get a better cell phone at any price.
