I bought this phone because the reviews were great and I got it for a good price. 1st phone has speaker problems - sounded like folks were in a tunnel. While they were charging the second phone, the battery overheated. Now the 2nd day of having the 3rd phone, this speaker is bad too! I even contacted Motorola directly. They had me make sure all updates were installed and start it in Safe Mode. Did not make a difference. Ugh! Is there something about this model? My first Motorola. Tried to save $ and only got aggravation!

Bluetooth doesn't work

First I bought the Moto E4 (returned) and then this one Moto E4 Plus. Both have Bluetooth issues. I love the phone other wise. If you use your BT as much as I do, I wouldn't recommend Moto E4/Plus.

Would not work on Verizon Serivce

When we put my Verizon Sim card in it would not work with the network. I thought it would so had to return the phone. Needing a phone immediately I had to buy one from the store.
