I could not find a screen cover or case for this phone. It was hard to use and I did not like it.

Unlocked but does not work

I don’t recommend it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone 20 days ago and unable to return it due to Best Buy's extremely short return period. The phone is unable to connect to mobile data. I'm unable to send pictures or access the internet/apps while not connected to WiFi. My cellular carrier sent me instructions to ensure the APN settings were correct but my phone has a HUGE defect. THERE ARE NO APN SETTINGS. When you purchase a phone from Best Buy, my advice is to set up your phone there and make sure all the features work. The phone was advertised as a phone that can connect to mobile data. It's obvious they don't stand by what they sell because they make sure the return window is extremely short. Now I will have to deal with the manufacturer. I will never purchase a product through Best Buy again when there are other stores with great customer service and return policies.

It supposed to be unlocked and I specifically asked this question on whether this would work abroad or not. Can you tell me what is going on and I cannot use this in Greece.
