To help, try restarting your phone, checking for software updates under Settings > System > System updates, and ensuring the screen is clean and free of moisture. Hi Jennifer, We're sorry to hear about the experience you’re having with your Moto G. We appreciate your loyalty to the Moto G series and want to help get things running smoothly again. Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/g_id/5059, then select Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. For the Bluetooth concern with your Motorola watch, go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth, remove or forget the watch, then restart both devices and pair them again.
