Faulty speaker

This is a well known issue, taking it back to store to see if it can be fixed or get another brand phone.

Misleading listing

Hot Mess Express....

It's constantly freezing. The swipe down menu glitches and it looks like flashing Christmas lights. Once the OS updated my Bluetooth watch (motorola) works sporadically. It will work for phone calls that come in, but won't show notifications .

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/g_id/5059, then select Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. For the Bluetooth concern with your Motorola watch, go to Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth, remove or forget the watch, then restart both devices and pair them again. Random touch screen input issues

Never buy from bestbuy

So, I told them to change the delivery address. Person from bestbuy told me, they changed the delivery address and it will get delivered to new address. Still phone was delivered to old address. Phone was stolen from the door. Bestbuy refused to refund it. Worst experience ever buying from bestbuy. I am never buying from bestbuy again.

Too fragile
