Great features for the price. I feel very comfortable with all the options and I appreciated my decision to go with this product after a lot of research.

This is a very nice cellphone for this price.. I wish the camera take better pictures but for this money you can't get something better

the moto g is a very good phone for the price! performs well and is a perfect size and feels good in your hand, definitely worth checking out..it packs a punch for the buck!

This phone is exceptionally amazing. Its fast, android lollipop update arrived as soon as I booted, screen is crisp and sharp, speakers sound great. Overall its a steal for $179. With that being said this particular device from BestBuy is defective. The screen has multiple blue blurred spots. Though it is hardly visible on dark backgrounds it shows up on white backgrounds and bare in mind that android lollipop has a lot of screens with white backgrounds so that will bug you if you upgrade. It certainly is bugging me.

This is the best unlocked cellphone that you can found for 100 bucks.

After 6 months the battery started to drain rapidly. The Best Buy Geek Squad took a quick look and said that the Android App was draining my battery. Sent it back to Motorola for repair as warranty states. Was without my phone for 1 week. Received phone back "NO FUNCTIONAL FAULT FOUND". Started it up again and SAME PROBLEM. Motorola help line follows a script. They don't care that they never fixed it the first time. Wanted to charge me $25 for a refurbished phone #someone else's problems# to get a phone to me prior to returning the phone for a SECOND TIME. So now, without a phone for another week. Terrible customer service at Motorola. Would never buy another product from this manufacturer. Going to switch brands, but might as well make them pay for shipping & a replacement phone. I will put in on my wall of shame as a constant reminder to NEVER EVER buy another Motorola anything. Battery should not drain in 6 hours while in the ON setting, when phone is not in use. Could not even use it as an alarm clock because battery drains before the alarm would go off. Total c - r - a - p.

I bought this phone on black friday and regret it. Even for a budget phone it can get reeeeeaaallly slow and crashes. I bought it mostly as a backup phone and music player, it fails as a music player. I connect my phone through my car by bluetooth and the connection is horrible, songs skip constantly. Other than how slow it is it works fine as a phone, but don't cheap out like I did....get something better. My friend bought the 3rd gen moto G and it performs way better than this one, I'd spend the extra money for it.

I bought this phone for some international travel and wanted an unlocked phone so I could replace SIM card to get service in foreign country. Has worked well and has full complement of features. I also have IPhone 6 and this was not a significant drop as far as capability. Also it has slot for extra SD memory card. I bought a 16 GB for $10 and now have phone that can hold a ton of music. My only other comment is getting a SIM card in your destination country may require a trip to an electronics store (or possibly at airport) which requires a little extra work. I have seen international SIM cards that are good practically everywhere, that is what I will do for my next trip. Get that all set-up even before getting to the destination country. While I was here in the foreign country I almost always connected via WiFI therefore airtime charges don't matter much to me.

Have owned this phone since Nov 2 at which point it replaced my well used Galaxy S. This unit works as expected and I have no complaints as I don't require 4G nor do I need the processing power of the latest and greatest quad core processors found in the most expensive units. Also, as of three days ago received the most current Lollypop update at the time of this posting which is version 5.0.2.

OVERALL A GREAT PHONE, CAMERA, SOUND, SIZE AND FEATURES ARE THE BEST. PLUS I ALREADY GOT THE LOLLIPOP UPGRADE FROM ANDROID

I bought three of these on special, I use them for gym and stuff I don't want my daily phone to endure. These phones are unstoppable, even survives water.

Excellent Screen, Fast, Great quality, and Great Price

Battery life, screen resolution, android os, 4g.....all work well. My primary backup phone. Also, great for travel when you need a phone to perform but don't want to take one that cost you over $100.

Very nice phone.. Have no complaint's. Screen is a good size, display is crisp. Battery life is excellent. I go through Net 10, very easy to get your micro Sim card. Took less than a hour transfer phone number.

Solid phone, just be aware that you will be unable to access high-speed LTE data with this older model.

I had just purchased the 4.5" Moto G unlocked, then saw that the 5" had finally become available, so went in and exchanged as I was still in the 14 days with the 4.5 Moto G. Moto G phone has excellent call quality, which has been the main issue with other phones I have had. Easy to set up and use, It's 3G so not so fast on video loading, but acceptable, but my main uses are 1. phone calls 2. texting 3. e-mail This is the phone for all of those people who need to make and receive calls for business.

after I rooted and put custom rom on this device, it became sluggish and slow. Bluetooth had some problems and other sluggishness made me reboot the device several times. I went back to Nokia lumia 635 and I am happier now. 635 is $80 cheaper and faster (4G LTE).

Bought for my father. Needed something simply, easy to use and reliable. This phone hit all those notes and at a reasonable price. Would recommend.
