Because I was on travel then, I did not set up the phone until recently. I followed the instruction for sim card and somehow the nano sim card was stuck. It took me some time to remove it from SIM slot. Then I purchased a new SIM card from t-mobile and found out the phone can not read the SIM card. Turned out this is one of the common issues with this phone. since it is already beyond exchange date, I am stuck. will need to contact Motorolla for the repairs.

Bought 2nd unit for my wife same as my own, to make support for her easier for myself. No issues with my own over past 16 months.
