The best smartphone I've ever owned. It's a great price and you don't have to pay out the nose for the frills of the S6, like a fingerprint reader or mobile payment. Such a great value. I do recommend the 16GB version, as it also has more RAM (it's faster).

The phone has great features for the price. The battery life is great, it lasts all day with moderate use. Very pleased with what it had to offer.

Purchased for my wife. Phone is plenty fast for any apps, web, streaming that she does. Screen is not as high resolution as previous galaxy phone, but still looks good. She has had issues with connecting to multiple Bluetooth devices, need to repair frequently for some reason. She has had issues with syncing contacts, but that may be a problem with the outlook app vs the phone.

I found that Bluetooth locks on my phone after 1-3 days of using it. I have to keep rebooting the phone to get BT functioning again. Called Motorola and they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately, after seeing the issue 1st time, I gave the phone the benefit of the doubt, and I waited beyond the 14-day return period. So, I asked Motorola for a quick replacement, I need a phone. They said a quick replacement is $25!!! I can send the phone for free warranty repair, but of course, it will be 3-4 weeks before I get it back. I am really disappointed, instead of apologizing me for the broken phone, they want to slap me with $25 fee. I understand that phones can break, and this is why I went to BestBuy and bought Motorola hoping for a better service.

It is the 5th moto G we buy for the family. We all like it and think you get more that what you pay.

Having drowned yet another expensive phone, I realized that I need a cheap or a waterproof phone. This one is both. It has a great camera, large screen, it's beautiful and sturdy. It was so inexpensive, I didn't bother putting it in a case, but after a year of living in my crowded pocketbook and several falls it looks like new. Make sure you get the 16 GB not 8, it's barely enough. Love it!

This was one of my most favorite phones I have had. It was cheap, sturdy, and worth the purchase. I had recently broke my phone so I needed a quick replacement. This one was a great buy because it had everything I needed without being overpriced. If you want a simple yet functional phone I recommend this to anyone.

A while back a family member purchased the Motorola Moto G 2nd generation from this store. A short period of time after I received the phone, it started to give me troubles. I have had problems with it ever sense. I am not at all blaming Best Buy, I am just saying that I wouldn't recommend any Motorola phones to anyone. I have dealt with other phone brands like Nokia and Windows, and they are a better phone that this one. This phone is good as a 1st phone, but it is not good for a teenager or employee.

I purchased this phone for my wife. Being an Android fan for many years, I was trying to get her to switch from Apple products. This was an excellent choice as my wife's first Android phone.

Phone is a great size, works well, charges fast and is a great piece for the price!

I love that Best Buy has this option to lower your cell phone bill.
