Bought the phone for my wife, hers died a watery death, The phone works flawlessly and the store was able to help activate it quickly. My only complaint was that it was open box but Geek squad certified. It was supposed to be flawless right out of the box. It did show some minor wear but nothing awful. That's what kept it from being a 5.

I like the phone and some of its features, but it does not do Wi-Fi calling with t-mobile. Called t-mobile to see if it was on their side of things, it wasn't. Had to take the phone back. But best buy acknowledged their mistake and took back the phone without any trouble.

Awesome phone! Camera is amazing and it works like a dream. I gave this as a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it.

Nice camera and good battery back up n display performance

I own a Samsung Edge 7 and have owned many iPhones; this is not as fast as the Edge 7 but it comes close, for 1/4 the $'s. 90% of the features, screen quality is excellent wi-fi is very good, voice quality is excellent. If your looking fro a HQ, but fairly inexpensive smartphone this is a good pick. LTE speed is almost the same as the edge 7 is.

This does the job with good battery life for an average user.

The phone I purchased is just perfect. Not too big and not too small, and not quite as expensive as the new iPhones.

Freezes up at times. Can not get my pictures and videos to save on my SD card instead of on the phone memory. The whole purpose of getting the card was to keep my phone memory free. Phone will also get hot when charging. On the bright side, it does stay charged for the whole day.
