I received this as a Valentine's Day gift from my girlfriend and kids, and I love it. The Moto G4 is one of the best budget smartphones I have ever tried! The stock Android experience helps the phone perform at its highest. Also the screen is extremely sharp and vibrant. Looks and performs better than my ZTE Z987 or my old Galaxy S3! The Bluetooth is sometimes "wonky" when I first get in my car, but I just turn the Bluetooth off on the phone and then back on, and it works just fine. With prices like these, it makes you wonder why pay $700 plus for high end phones! Highly recommended!

After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this phone. It is bigger than I would like, but overall, I am very happy. Sometimes it takes several tries to unlock it, not sure why. Maybe I don't press hard enough, but most of the time it seems I need to tap or touch and press once or twice before it will "wake up". Otherwise, it seems to work fine. This is my first smartphone, so I didn't want to spend a fortune as I really just use it for calls, texting and checking email if necessary. It does all of these things without much trouble.

User friendly and great camera. I recommend it and even better if you are looking to pay less.

for the price this phone is excellent. I notice very little loss of function vs a carrier specific phone. speed is ok and camera is very nice

At $180, the price is the best part about this phone. Coming over from a Windows Phone, the app selection is the biggest upgrade. I'm very impressed with the processing speed and turbo charger. The biggest negatives for me are the large size and battery life. I don't ask too much out of a phone so I may not be the best judge, but this phone has all the basics and a great price. It made the transition to Android very easy.

I can say its a great phone for me. Having CDMA support and pure android are great. Down side is it gets hot, very hot. Also I just sent mine back to motorola because it stopped holding a charge. Also for the developers out there it is difficult to find stuff on XDA, if I could get another Moto G 2015 i would because that still was water resistant they removed that option for this model. Its also very plasticy if that makes sense. I recommend to friend who need a cheaper mid range phone but not someone with like a high end galaxy.

I have always liked motorola phones. This is a great inexpensive smart phone. It is easy to use and has a great camera.

My daughter broke her hand-me-down phone. I was very happy with a nice smartphone that was unlocked and AFFORDABLE!

I looked at everything available that would work on my Cricket plan, which gave me a lot of options. After comparison shopping for a while, I decided on the Moto G4. The balance of features, performance and pricetag were pretty much impossible to beat! And, since it is an unbranded, unlocked phone, it lacks all the bloat-ware the cell companies preload on most phones. So, you get to use all the storage space for your own apps! I've been impressed with the build quality and features. I liked it so well I went back and bought one for my wife, as well!

Good phone for the price. Not the fastest, but fast enough for most things, nice screen, and for $200, you really can't go wrong.

I wanted a good unlocked phone with a 5.5 inch screen. My grandson who works for Best Buy recommended this phone so I ordered it online and had it delivered to the store. The girl in the phone department switched the SIM card from my old phone moved all my contacts and I was out the door in about 10 or 1 2 minutes. Been using it for about 2 weeks and love the color that shows on the screen. Everything seems to work and there have been no problems..

His iphone 4s was getting old. He can now play Pokémon GO. Like that it is unlocked and great price. Works great on Verizon.

Bought this after refusing to spend $600-700 for a current smartphone (even those monthly payment plans are crazy). Read reviews and this phone truly has all the features you need. Only complaint is some apps while running do not show the home/back buttons or a way to close the app. Must be a compatibility thing... But major apps are all perfect. Ended up getting one for my Dad, too!

You can't go wrong with the Moto G. Regular Android with no bloatware, great camera, it can get wet, it's fast, it has an SD card...huge upgrade over my previous iPhone!

My company phone had many issues and was not eligible for upgrade for several months. Rather than to struggle along until the company would replace my old phone, I chose to purchase an unlocked Moto G4. Very easy to make the purchase, change ATT sim cards and SD card. Done in less than 5 minutes and on the road. The phone works wonderful with only the apps I wanted and no preinstalled apps. It is fast and seems to have all the features I need. At this point, purchasing an unlocked phone has been a great option and a great phone.

Bought this phone for my daughter. She's an android user, since it's compatible with her tablets. This was an affordable phone with a decent camera, which was her biggest 'want'.
