The screen protector is the thickest and most clear yet. It is hearing aid compatible, thankfully not necessary yet. John at Geek squad very helpful put in new sim and had another friendly employee apply protective cover for minimal fee. Very pleased. Wonderful customer service..rare these days.

It lasted a long time, and nail she dropped it recently. I upgraded her phone as I prefer to just pay for one fully. It works great and what a great price!
