Good product but lack of service..

Taking some time to get used to the updated operating system. Some changes just seem to be changed just for the sake of change rather than for easy owner use. One problem I have is could not get all my messages to transfer over from old phone to new. I tried calling your store for help but no one answers the phone..... You need to hire more help....

Great phone with a decent price range

I only had to replace my old Moto G because of water/snow damage (entirely my fault). The only downside when comparing this to something like a Samsung would be the camera. Indoor photos are usually a bit grainy and off-color.

It is normal for a phone to get warm while charging and discharging, and the faster it is charging or the more power it is using the hotter it may get. If you are gaming or streaming media navigating, etc., you should expect the phone to get warm. If your phone should ever get warm enough to be concerning, you should see a warning, and the phone is expected to shut down automatically, so it can be cool. These are rare events, but the safeguards are there.
