Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It might be a great phone but I wouldn't know because when I took it to my carrier, Spectrum, they said the phone was incompatiable. I took it back to Best Buy and they charged me $45 because I returned it. When I bought it, they told me I would be charged $45 if I returned it "for no good reason". I asked them why the phone being incompatiable with my vendor was not a good reason and they said they never had this problem before. The service rep at Spectrum told me that everytime someone brings a phone un from Best Buy she shakes her head because 9 times out of 10 it will be incompatiable. I complained to the manager at Best Buy and she said well Best Buy does not have a partnership with Spectrum like they do with other vendors. So bottom line, if your phone service is with Spectrum, be careful about buying a phone at Best Buy. You probably wont be able to use it and you will be out $45 when you return it. I don't know if this it a problem with Best Buy or a problem with Spectrum but it will cost you $45 and a lot of wasted time finding out the hard way
