Motorola emergency phone to rescue

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. Todays upgraded customer service

Sales clerk at BB was the worst I ever had. Quite rude and obviously was not into his position. No phone case. No protector screens. And if I opened the phone case to chk it out I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 45.00 RESTOCKING FEE. When I questioned him, he grab the phone, gave it a quick flip in the air and said ...Dont like it no problem, and started to walk away from the registar.

Not what I expected

Processing speed is super slow 2. Camera quality is just Meh,nothing to boast about 3. Apps loading is as slow as dial up Internet. 4. Battery life is decent 5. Phone freezes on occasion 6. Buttons on unresponsive at times

Poor Choice

Battery sucks

HORRIBLE. Worst Cellphone of the six I have owned.

Operating system cannot compare to Samsung or iPhone, it is NOT intuitive and a nightmare to use. Terrible instructions, commands, sound and user friendliness. There is no Customer Satisfaction Return Guarantee or it would have gone back the same week it was purchased. The current trade in value at Best Buy is $10 for my 3-month-old cellphone purchased at BB for $180. It isn't worth $10 to take it back. I would rather smash it with a hammer! Do yourself a favor and stick with iPhone or Samsung Android. I will NEVER buy anything made by Motorola again as long as I live. I'd give this cellphone less than one star or F- if possible. Any of the past three generations of Samsung phones I owned are vastly superior to this uncooperative pice of trash. Motorola should be ashamed to sell it to unsuspecting victims.

Don't buy, only used for 7 months

I went to sleep with the phone at a 70% charge. The next day, I woke up and it was completely off. I've been charging it for hours and it could not charge back up again. I bought it when it was $200. I really regret buying this. It did work very well during the 7 months though. I'm guessing motorola is doing this to force buyers to replace their phone frequently, that's how they make their money. My last motorola also died because of battery issues, but I used that one for 2 years. This is incredibly poor quality. No wonder the price keeps dropping.

Bad customer service

I went to Verizon to activate it and they told me it was a used phone. The return process was terrible. The chat people, were terrible, I got "disconnected" 4 times within a couple of hours. I think it happened when they were not able to go any further in helping or just get tired of talking to me. So I needed to call back and start all over again. It took all morning, was extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am sending the phone back. I will not do business with Best Buy again and I am just hoping my refund will come through.

You get what you pay for!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My family and I always bought Motorola phones, loved'em. until I bought this model, definitely you get what you pay for with this model, Motorola should be ashamed for releasing this. A lot of bugs in this phone, screen is constantly freezing, sound for the music stops but the song is still playing but not thru the speaker, etc. I've read other complaints online, Motorola seems to know about the problems, cause they send the same pre-written message to all the complaints saying to "log on to the blog" seems a simple update would solve the problems, but since it's a 2023 model they need to worry about the next new model instead. We are no longer Motorola customers.

Not a fan

The default settings are nothing more than stupid. The alarm was default set to silent! What a joke. 2 months in and I'm still adjusting settings. Next, the video recording is awful. It lags and goes in and out of focus. Buy something else

It definitely serves it's purpose as a smart phone but it's definiteky bare minimum. It's light and just feels cheap. So for the price (yes you pay for the convenience of it being unlocked) but i may as well have kept the cheap TCL phone. Nothing wrong with it. You get what you pay for and this phone just isnt worth the price.
