    Used sim card and cover found in box

    I got a open box item but after I received I saw a sim card inside used in box . This shows the lack of inspection and repacking. What was more disheartening is that they charge a 45$ restocking fee if we return. My phone never switched on in the first place and I need a refund for this .

    I started out with a moto phone but was talked into a different phone that I didn't like. Now I'm back to a Moto

    The phone worked great, but is completely broken after being dropped one time. Buy an apple or Samsung product instead. You'll spend less in the long run

    Little lag time when you have more than basic apps but other than that really decent

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     Out of memory

    If you want to use more than 2 applications without unloading them from memory, you will not be able to. A bright screen and two speakers are the only advantages of the phone. But it is completely impossible to use. There is a catastrophic lack of RAM. Do not take this phone. It was taken on the day of departure to Turkey only to connect eSIM.
