Hi PaulS, We’re sorry to hear about your experience with dropped calls, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Allow us to check. Can you confirm if the problem occurs in all locations or only in specific areas? Also, does it affect both incoming and outgoing calls? Sometimes, dropped calls may be related to how the proximity sensor is functioning. Please ensure you are not using a case, cover, screen protector, or the original protective film that might be interfering with the sensor. If the sensor is covered, it could cause the screen to go dark during calls or lead to inadvertent hang-ups. After removing any accessories, restart your phone to reset the sensor. We’d like the opportunity to investigate this further. Please feel free to email us at supportforums@motorola.com with additional details so we can assist you further. -Mitch
