Hi Becca, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your phone. While it’s designed to deliver essential smartphone features at an affordable price, we understand that performance and camera quality are important.
For better camera results, make sure the camera app is updated, gently clean the camera lens with a soft cloth, and use features such as Night Vision or Portrait mode to improve photo quality. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems. Hi PaulS, We’re sorry to hear about your experience with dropped calls, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. Allow us to check. Can you confirm if the problem occurs in all locations or only in specific areas? Also, does it affect both incoming and outgoing calls? Sometimes, dropped calls may be related to how the proximity sensor is functioning. Please ensure you are not using a case, cover, screen protector, or the original protective film that might be interfering with the sensor. If the sensor is covered, it could cause the screen to go dark during calls or lead to inadvertent hang-ups. After removing any accessories, restart your phone to reset the sensor.
