We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re unable to access apps normally. To help resolve this, please try restarting the phone first, then check your internet connection and ensure Date & Time is set to automatic under Settings > System > Date & time. You can also try clearing the Google Play Store cache by going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage & cache > Clear cache, then reopening the Play Store and checking again. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. For better camera results, make sure the camera app is updated, gently clean the camera lens with a soft cloth, and use features such as Night Vision or Portrait mode to improve photo quality. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent problems.
