Hi Jess, We’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had with your device. Freezing, app closures, audio distortion, and camera concerns are not the experience we aim to provide. To help improve performance, we recommend restarting the phone, ensuring the latest software updates are installed via Settings > System > Software updates, and clearing app caches under Settings > Apps > See all apps > Storage > Clear cache. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. Reducing background apps and enabling Adaptive Battery may also help with stability and audio performance. If these steps do not resolve the problems, please write us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be there to help. -Mitch
