    I never got this phone do to FEDEX they took a picture of the delivery to wrong house, I reach out they just said contact you bestbuy they need to start taking pictures of the address, thanks to bestbuy I got a refund.

    Refurbished phone arrived locked.

    The "unlocked" phone that I purchased was locked. Had to wait until 10 am to get a human to help online. Her best advice was was to call the customer service line. Once I pointed out the obvious, she switched me to someone who suggested that I come into a store. After I told her I needed to arrange a rideshare from my phone do that, she tried unsuccessfully to have me reset the phone. This was truly not the best buy I could have made and I won't trust them again

    Annoying lag. Disappointing

    Noticable lag. Disappointed. I haven't even installed a bunch of apps. Would spend my $150 elsewhere

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     Work apps don’t work and heavy restocking fees

    Work apps do not work like Teams or Outlook as security apps like Intune can’t create work profile on this phone. Best Buy charges hefty restocking fee for a phone which is not usable for me.
