Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. Used sim card and cover found in box

This shows the lack of inspection and repacking. What was more disheartening is that they charge a 45$ restocking fee if we return. My phone never switched on in the first place and I need a refund for this .

A bright screen and two speakers are the only advantages of the phone. But it is completely impossible to use. There is a catastrophic lack of RAM. Do not take this phone. It was taken on the day of departure to Turkey only to connect eSIM.
