Blaze at auburn hills best buy

There was a girl there named Blaze, who did everyrhing she could not to help us, refferr8ng us to geek squad, inexcusably on her phone constantly texting her friends the entire time, gave short unhelpful answers, and when i asked her questions it seemed like the lights were on no one was home. I tried to break the silence of waiting for the new phone to turn on, with a how was your day? Her response was, "eww, ah, well its still early. So it could go either way." Which made me feel uncomfortable. Her manager asked her if she could help us or if she shouldget someone else to help us, and after a very long pause, which made me wonder if english really was her first language, Blaze replied, "Yes. As long as you guys dont mind if i put you on hold and help other customers that come in." Really? I didnt have another choice so i agreed. During the set up process of switching the new phone from the old one, she was constantly typing away on her phone, didnt look up, and avoided talking, like we were an absolute inconvience to her. I pretty much did the qhole transfer myself while she was on her phone, and when the phone prompted to wirelessly transfer the phone data she suddenly looked up for the first time and went to press cancel. I said what are you doing? And explained that our whole point of coming to her after purchasing this phone was to transfer the data from the old phone to the new phone, and if she pressed cancel, it would abort the whole process! Then she said, oh, theres a 40 dollar fee for transfering phone data. Your going to have to go to geek squad. I did it myself. Never have i been so unassisted by anyone. Do not go to the auburn hills best buy. Its unforgivably terrible.

Not My Favorite

Decent Price Too Many Issues.

Some days, the performance is awful. It constantly loses signal when trying to connect to CarPlay, and worse, it overheats to the point where it won’t even turn on. On long drives, I’ve gone hours with a completely useless phone. I had the 2022 Moto G 5G before this, and that was way better—until it fell out of my pocket and shattered. Now I’m stuck with what feels like the worst phone in the world.

charging port damaged with in 4 month

But the mobile phone is not charging after crossed a 4-month. I used the charger came with mobile. The charging port was damaged and seemed burned, While claiming repair service thorough website, it showed 0 charge. But I received an email saying that its a physical damage and I should be charged to repair. This is very frustating.

Bad cellular and bad best buy experience

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it from best buy local store, i made this phone sms gateway server for my iot project, it worked fine for a month as SMS gateway server and i was out of town when i came back and start using the device i found it very slow. I was having issue to open map and play songs together. After sometime i switched my cellular provider and came to know that this phone does not work with Spectrum. So i went to bestbuy to see if they can help me on this and their reply was “i cannot take it back because it passed the return time period” and when i asked but the phone itself is new can your not buy back they said yes and offered me $20 for the same phone for which i paid around $149 a month ago.
