A decent size phone with a nice fit and finish.

Refurbished phone arrived locked.

Her best advice was was to call the customer service line. Once I pointed out the obvious, she switched me to someone who suggested that I come into a store. After I told her I needed to arrange a rideshare from my phone do that, she tried unsuccessfully to have me reset the phone. This was truly not the best buy I could have made and I won't trust them again

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. Work apps don’t work and heavy restocking fees
