    I had lost a phone, tried to get a sim card for an old phone. Was sent to a sprint store that I couldn't find. Came back, bought a phone, had problems. They helped, found my old phone, had more problems. They helped, but never really got my problems solved. Had to go to sprint.

    I bought this phone almost 2 years ago, and it still works great today. It uses the Android system and therefore the learning curve wasn't too bad especially if you have an Android system phone previously. I also like that is smaller than my previous phone, but not so small, that one cannot read it.
