I couldn’t find a case to go on t after going to four stores including the store I got it from. I had to order case. Very confusing to use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Drops calls can't hear people talk you have to hang up you have to call them back mostly drops a lot of calls no service anywhere been with Verizon for over 15 years my last 5 year old phone was better than the $200 one I just bought now don't recommend it to anyone called customer service the gentleman did not care at all he just wanted me off the phone he would do nothing for me not even a better phone trade-in thinking about changing services after all these years.

Camera is on the fair side of abilities. No home button like most older model phones. Great for replacement phone or backup

I was told I had to contact motorola and did not get refund from Best Buy. I am a home health nurse and cannot be without a cell phone so bought another at verizon. Motorola sending me replacement but already have new phone in service. Bottom line is I will "eat" the cost with no reimbursement. Motorola told me it is my service but have been with verizon for close to 25 yrs and never had this problem. Not happy

Micro volume too LOW, often not working!

We already reported the problem to Motorola but they said that phones which are bought from retailers by BEST BUY cannot be replaced if there’s any issue even right after opening the box!!! Besides, phones often do not function and need restarting. So disappointed about this purchase.
