    worst phone uncontrollable Does things you do not want it to do. hard to set up. can not get back to desktop and stop the non stop talking. This was for my 82 year old husband which he reviews said it would be appropriate. Were they wrong unless there is something wrong with the phone.

    Literally the worst phone I have ever owned and I had one of the first android phones back in the day. It's slower than molasses freezes constantly the screen looks like hot garbage. DO NOT purchase this phone unless absolutely necessary.

    Phone was great until I tried charging it and that was it. Some malfunction with this phone, it seems to be a pretty good phone so when I reach back to the state I will try to exchange it

    Best budget phone I've ever used

    This is a very good phone for the money. At $150 you can't get a better phone for this price anywhere. It's got a big beautiful screen, long battery life, a fast charger included in the box, a headphone jack, loud speakers, and great build quality. It runs very smooth and the camera is good for this price point. I'd recommend getting an SD card to expand the 32GB of on board storage though. I'd also recommend a case and screen protector since the phone is very large. Finally, don't expect to do heavy video/photo editing or heavy gaming on this phone. It's great for basic everyday tasks, but it's not a flagship. For this price point, I recommend this phone to everyone who needs a daily driver that does all the basics.

    Faulty charging system. Equivalent of $60 was spent for repair. I couldn't return it because it was sent to my son abroad.

    Great Budget Phone

    Best budget phone you can buy, It may not have all the bells and whistles of the $800 or more phones. But let's be real here, you probably don't need most of those anyway. This has a good camera, it's fast, you can add all the storage you'll ever need. Unless you're obsessed with status symbols this phone will satisfy your needs.

    Salesman are shady

    I guess the phone and software (Android 10) are okay. The screen flickers when powered up, like there's a glitch or it has been dropped. Best Buy didn't have a new one, so they sold me a used one, which I didn't want. They weren't upfront about their inventory, or about which phones were being phased out. The salesman misrepresented some capabilities of their other phones, which I quickly pointed out, only to hear some lame excuses. I was busy, so i let them swap out the SIM card from my old phone, and transfer all the contacts and other files. My text messages didn't move to new phone, so i had to deal with that for another 1.5 hours. If i had to do it again, i would research everything more, and do the whole transfer by myself. Oh, also, the new phone didn't keep my old number, so my friends weren't recognizing who i was when i texted. I called the store, and you really couldn't get through to anyone, even after holding for hours. Finally they just bounced me around to about 4 or 5 different departments. The geek squad was really the 'let me get you off the phone as fast as possible' squad. I finally resolved all the problems, on my own, no thanks to Best Buy. Which is what i should have done in the first place. It had been a while since i bought a new phone, and i regret trusting those guys for my new phone, i'm sorry to say.
