    The worst purchase I've ever made

    The moto g phone is the WORST purchase I have ever made. It began malfunctioning within 2 months of buying it. The people that claim it's a good phone are straight up lying about it. The battery doesn't hold for more than 2 days, the photos are fuzzy and it will not open half the videos shared to me ESPECIALLY if it's a video or article from an alternate social media site. Don't waste your money.

    Returned it because I find the features not familiar. Phone did not navigate like a Samsung and that's my fault. So I returned it and got another Samsung.

    i dread having to deal with best buy and this experience is no different. bought 3 things, 2 were cell phones that were in stock for 1hr curbside pickup...3 hours later i go to see whats going on, eveidently they have none in stock but still charged me and switched my order to store pick up 7 days from day i was there! i tried talking to service member but he wanted no part of it, just saying i had to wait. why would i do that when i could of had it delivered in 2 days. So i go home switch delivery method to house delivery, all good? nope! get email today phone ONE phone delivered to house tomorrow and other to store in 5 more days!! Such a joke this is, ony advantage best buy has is if its in store and can get it asap, but evidently even if it says in stock it STILL can be a week before you see your items! Honestly I shoulda just stuck with Amazon maybe in the spring i can let you all know how the phone is lol
