Basic phone

The basic apps ore installed, take up a lot of memory. The ones you can remove, will cause the phone to lag. To many apps will cause the phone to freeze or shut down. This phone would be good for someone who wants a basic phone to call and text and search online. If you would need to download more than 3 apps to use regularly, I do not recommend the phone.

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there.
