Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a smart phone that has all the basic features at moderate cost and chose the Motorola-Moto G Play to replace an old ATT Go Phone; I have not been disappointed. The phone has to be charged by a normal code, not by a magnetic charging platform, however for the casual user, that is not a negative feature at this price-point.

However, this should be labeled as a device for children or for elderly who may not be familiar with smart devices. It's extremely low memory allows for basic functions and a few apps. There are, of course, WAY TOO MANY default apps installed. Plus, the camera as a black dot on the screen at the top drives me nuts.

But for the price I can't complain. Does what I need my phone to do, so what sometimes the app will just close on you or freeze or you click and click on the icon and it won't open lol it's a great phone for the price, it's an awful phone to be a motorola.
