    Very slow, has a 1-2 second lag.

    Phone is very slow. Every action has a 1 to 2 second delay which is very annoying. Tried to return. But, Best Buy was asking for a $45 restocking fee for a $99 phone. I kept it. If you decide to buy this phone, try it out at the store first.

    I ordered as a christmas present for my grand daughter. I already set it up for her. It seems a bit heavy but othef than that it works great.

    It’s served its purpose as a back up phone. Don’t expect it to be a speed demon though.

    I am disappointed with this phone. The phone is laggy in almost everything right out of the box. It's not just the Internet. Even if we open a phone or messages app it takes 5 seconds before it loads. This is one of the worst phones I ever had. It's high time Motorola looks into it.

Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     It runs slow. You can't really add too many apps because it will then run even slower

    This was a Christmas gift for my mom who isn't so savvy with this tech era, however, as I also have a Motorola cell phone, I just love it.

    Works well enough but sometimes the alarm will not go off. I have to clear the cache and restart the phone to get the alarm set up again.

    I like the fact that, they’re several useful features in the phone. What I didn’t like, is the fact that it does not accommodate, an E Sim card. The phone only takes a physical Sim card. I had difficulty obtaining a physical Sim card.

    I first had a problem with setting up the phone, but after speaking to the " Geek Squad", I was able to get the unit on-line, and it's been every since, except there was no charger and no instructions booklet.

    Hello, the main function that attracted me to the moto g is its sound quality. My fiance has a moto, while I had another quality product but the sound quality is limited. Good product...awesome sound...wonderful volume...love it.
