Great phone for the value. Love the finger print reader on the back, and the shake to turn on the flashlight.

Just an in expensive phone to help out a friend who had broke their phone who is also not in need of the highest Tech phone on the market

The screen is not sensitive enough. I have to press MANY times sometimes to get it to respond.
The start up is very long/slow and doesn't show up for a while after the restart or power-up is selected.
Moving icons or removing them from my screen's pages is cumbersome, slow, and not very efficient.
The default set-up was HORRIBLE, with many icons bunched together in unsolicited "groups" which had to be dismantled.
Some of the settings have been relocated to the point that I still haven't found them without resorting to looking for answers online.
Because of the longer, narrower shape of this 2023 phone and screen, many views are quite distorted and some must be put into horizontal mode to view at all.
The alarm doesn't reliably work and I have slept too late every day since I got this phone. Since I set it to take medication, this is DANGEROUS. I have also almost missed some appointments. BAD.
The battery life is TERRIBLE. I have to charge is several times a day.
I can't find photos I had taken or had on my previous phone at all.
I can't figure out how to move things to my extra storage card (already installed) and it says I need to do that EVERY DAMNED DAY.

Have to get used to. The cover doesn't let you turn the phone off or on very good. Its easier when i take the cover off.

For the price you cant beat it. I purchased this for my husband. He had the same phone but just an older model. Only reason we had to replace it was because his screen broke. When we looked for new phones he said he wanted to stick with this model. Definitely a good device

I had one problem in setting up the phone (me - not the phones problem) and went back to the store and a very nice salesperson did it for me.

Adequate but disappointing. The software to run it takes most of the storage, and it came loaded with adware and unwanted applications that had to be cleaned out just to be able to use it as a standard phone. I've had Moto Play's before, this is the first one that had such problems. 28G for the software. Ridiculous.

It was for my husband and he seems like he likes it, even though , it drops calls alot
