1.Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options.
2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS.
3. Touch RESET SETTINGS.
4. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your internet connection again. For other concerns please send us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. -Ythan

Excellent cellphone service on 4G

Easy user interface and easy sim kit set up with cricket wireless cellular service. The Moto G play gives me many options to weigh towards my future Galaxy Cellphone purchase.

Not the phone I ordered

The one y’all sent me is a Motorola one 5G UW ace. I ordered the 23 Moto G Play bc it’s 4 G only bc the 5G doesn’t work well here.
