I always know that any item bought at best buy is going to be one that I will eventually be able to use easily.

Nothing fancy, can do the bare minimum, call in text. Suited for older adults who don’t really use social media. Bought it as a back up phone, but it was too slow for my usage

Their only complaint was the minimal choices for ringtones. Transferring of data from the old phone was also a breeze.
