Worst phone I've ever bought there is so many uninstallable manufacturer apps and so little memory that I cant even use most functions on the phone if I have anything more than Facebook downloaded
The stylus I had before was much better but I didn't want to buy the same phone after it broke. Really wish I had.

I needed a burner phone for a month....and whole time I am just thinking I should have spent more for the burner phone....it's way too slow...takes a long time to even start up.
Texting alone it needs to keep up with me and I text Swype style.
It's such a laggy phone it's frustrating

Motorola is garbage !

This phone is garbage. Still under warranty have to send it to Motorola for evaluation. The phone was getting so hot it would burn your hand. Clearly a battery issue as this is very commonly documented everywhwre on the internet. Send it in and Motorola says it is bent, they cant fix it they are sending it back...You cannot really bend a phone, its bent because tje battery is blowing out which is a known issue and a safety issue. Their reaolution is to send it back to me, why do i want it? So it can burn down my house when it finally explodes? Way to stand behind your product and acknowledge it is clearly a common issue. Do not buy Motorola garbage products.

My granddaughter picked out this one. She liked the color, size and it being unlocked. The camera is not that great but it's still recommend it.

This phone keeps glitching and me and freezing in the middle of doing stuff like calling out and will say I have no signal when I know I do. Overall in my eyes, this product sucks to me. I wish I could get my money back

Can you try to do a soft reboot on your device, by pressing and holding the power button for 10-20 seconds? Have you tried to insert the SIM card into a different device and observe if there's any improvement? In the meantime let's reset the network settings to fix the signal. To do these: 1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options. 2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS. 3. Touch RESET SETTINGS. 4. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your internet connection again. For other concerns, please send us an email at [email protected]. -Ythan
